Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to help ensure a safe, effective school operation alongside the School Director. You will support the growth and development of children and lead staff toward a caring, educational environment.

In the Director's absence you will take full responsibility for the school, uphold licensing standards, and strive to maintain profitability while delivering high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Leadership experience in licensed childcare.
• Education degrees or certificates as listed.
• meets state requirements for education and center policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe, effective school operation with the School Director.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• In Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff and ensure profitability.
