Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, high-quality operation of our school alongside the School Director. You will help foster a nurturing, educational environment for children and families in our North Port location.

In this role you’ll lead staff, promote safety standards, and contribute to program development. We value growth, recognition, and a team‑oriented approach within a supportive childcare community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in licensed childcare.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state education and center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Assume sole responsibility in the Director's absence.
• Support social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
