Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director in Wisconsin to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. In the Director's absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must hold a Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher with Child Care listed as a qualifying area.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Accountable! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
