Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Support the School Director and oversee safety, environment, and growth opportunities for children.
• Recruit, supervise, and retain qualified staff to maintain a high-quality program.
