Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility for the school and contributes to children's social, physical, and intellectual growth. The Assistant Director will be accountable for licensing compliance, creating a caring and safe environment, and promoting the company’s image within the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
• Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day.
• Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve.
