Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee daily operations and partner with the School Director to deliver high-quality child care for families in the Phoenix area.

You will promote growth and safety, support staff, and ensure compliance with licensing standards while contributing to a positive, engaging learning environment. The role offers a path for professional development and inclusion in a supportive team.

Competenze

• Must have leadership experience in licensed childcare.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Mansioni

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, select, and retain qualified staff.
