Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director in Missouri to partner with the Center Director on daily operations, program delivery, and team leadership. You will mentor teachers, support families, and uphold our care standards in a thriving early learning center.

Ideal candidates have an Associate or higher in early childhood education, at least two years of leadership experience in high‑quality settings, and strong knowledge of licensing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in quality child care settings.
• Strong knowledge of center quality, compliance, health and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Uphold mission, culture and values with families, staff and clients.
• Monitor program quality and document children’s learning progress.
