KinderCare Education LLC in Missouri is hiring an Assistant Center Director to help lead our classrooms and center operations. You will collaborate with the Center Director, support families, staff, and enrollment goals while upholding our curriculum and accreditation processes.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships with families, state licensing authorities, and community partners, and may involve stepping into various center roles as needed to ensure outstanding early childhood

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of early childhood education experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, and listening skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with families.
• Reasonable accommodation available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver
