Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Career Education, the role leads career advising sessions, develops workshops, and partners with employer relations to expand programming and events across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–3 years of direct 1:1 career advising experience.
• Familiarity with internship and employment recruitment processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for varied constituencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide career advising through individual appointments and group sessions.
• Collaborate with employer relations and campus partners to run events and programs.
• Design and deliver career readiness workshops and assess outcomes.
• Supervise career assistants and support content management for curriculum.
