Responsibilities include coordinating recruiting cycles, organizing events, collaborating with faculty and alumni networks, and managing the alumni networking platform.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Handshake and client relationship management software desired.
• Bachelor’s degree required; or a combination of education with experience considered.

Aufgaben

• Conduct proactive outreach to establish partnerships and opportunities for Union College students.
• Coordinate campus recruiting cycles and weekly outreach event schedule.
• Support logistical details, communications, and marketing of employer, alumni, networking, and consortium events.
• Represent Union College at regional recruiting initiatives and consortium activities.
• Collaborate with the Director to report outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.
