Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years of 1:1 career advising experience.
• Familiarity with internship and employment recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide career advising to undergraduates and alumni via appointments.
• Collaborate with employer relations to promote engagement and events.
• Design, coordinate, and present career readiness programs and workshops.
• Utilize Handshake, Nexus, and UReady for student engagement and outcomes.
