Reporting to the Director of Career Education and Outcomes, this role partners with the College of Business Administration to deliver high‑quality professional development resources and programs.

The position drives workshops, signature networking events, employer and alumni engagement, and post‑event programming

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of academic advising, career development, counseling, or coaching in business.
• Familiarity with business career fields and experiential learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career coaching to students, alumni, and other stakeholders with a focus on business professionals.
• Lead workshops, information sessions, employer site visits and industry panels.
• Collaborate with the College of Business Administration and campus partners to develop and support career programming.
• Coordinate large-scale networking events and tailor support for entrepreneurial goals.
• Mentor student staff and develop content for workshops and events.
• Teach internship and job preparedness courses for business students.
