Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Progressive responsibility in complex event planning and management.
• Experience delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional events with executives.
• Ability to manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Proficiency with event platforms (e.g., Cvent) and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end event lifecycle from concept to assessment.
• Develop and manage event plans, timelines, and run‑of‑show docs.
• Coordinate budgets, reconciliations, and procurement processes.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Development, and campus partners.
• Analyze event data to inform improvements and impact.
