Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA is seeking an Assistant Director of Benefits Administration to lead and optimize our health, welfare and retirement programs, ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA and related laws, and oversee enrollment and vendor relationships.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Benefits and Operations and emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and clear communication with employees.

JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Benefits Administration supports the strategic planning, administration, and compliance of the organization's employee benefits programs. This position reports to the Senior Director of Benefits and Operations and assists in managing health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave administration, wellness initiatives, and benefits communications while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Starting Salary: $50,715
The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
