Job summary

SPIN is seeking an Assisting Director to support leadership and operations of the Behavioral Health Arrangement. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliant programs and high-quality services for people supported by SPIN.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practices, with responsibilities spanning program development, staff training, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to promote community participation and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health program management or administration.
• Valid Driver's License, Registered and Insured Vehicle for work purposes
• Proficient in Microsoft and or other Windows Based programs

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of SPIN's Behavioral Health Arrangement to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations.
• Support program development and evaluation efforts to improve outcomes and service quality for individuals receiving services at SPIN.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development activities to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
• Engage with community stakeholders and partner organizations to foster collaborative relationships and expand service opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and regulatory agencies as required.
