Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant mental health area from an accredited program.
• 4 years of post-degree experience.
• Licenses as listed or license eligible (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate evidence-informed intervention services supporting student well-being and academic success.
• Lead recovery support initiatives and collaborate with campus and community partners to advance prevention and harm reduction.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervise practicum students, and contribute to quality improvement.
• Manage daily operations of intervention services, including intake, referrals, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Maintain a primary caseload and ensure accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and university policies.
• Provide consultation to students, families, faculty, and staff regarding intervention resources.
• Deliver trainings and educational presentations to students, faculty, and staff.
• Chairs or co-chairs committees related to substance use prevention and recovery support.

Education

Master's degree in relevant mental health area from an accredited program

Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana or license eligible upon date of hire

Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana or license eligible upon date of hire

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Indiana or license eligible upon date of hire
