The BHA Assisting Director plays a pivotal role in supporting the leadership and operational management of SPIN's Behavioral Health Arrangement (BHA). This position is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that enhance behavioral health supports and services across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with clinical teams, administrative staff, families, and community partners to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices in trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered support.
