Job summary

American Swim Academy in Fremont is seeking an Aquatics Manager to join our senior management team. You will assist in the operation of the facility, lead swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects. Schedule varies: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with openings/closings and some nights until 8:45 pm.

Compensation includes $22.00–$24.00 per hour plus a quarterly bonus. Full-time benefits include medical, vision, and dental; paid vacation; a 401k after one year;

• Service-driven management experience.
• Experience in aquatics or recreation.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members.

We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Aquatics Manager to join our senior management team in Fremont. The Aquatics Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Management in the operation of the facility. Your duties will include swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. The schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts. Must be able to work some nights as late as 8:45 pm.
