Harvard University is seeking an Assistant Director of Development for Annual Programs to lead fundraising initiatives for College alumni within 1–9 years of graduation. You will recruit and manage the Recent Graduate Leadership Committee, model giving and service, and cultivate annual support for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences with emphasis on flexible, current-use gifts to HCF.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in university fundraising and administration or related transferable experience.
• Flexibility for overnight travel; ~20% of time.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and databases.

• Develop and execute strategies to build and grow recent graduate philanthropy and volunteerism.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward unassigned alumni prospects with focus on participation and leadership giving.
• Serve as primary staff contact for the Recent Graduate Leadership Committee (RGLC) and set strategy, goals, and metrics.
