Job summary

Harvard University’s Alumni Affairs and Development team seeks a full-time Development professional to plan and execute class reunion fundraising efforts, securing capital and annual support from alumni. The role involves traveling, coordinating volunteer committees, and managing prospect strategies with a focus on Harvard College funds and university priorities.

• Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years in university fundraising or related field.
• Willingness to travel about 15–20% and to work events on weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage Harvard College alumni classes in reunion and related events.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward top prospects.
• Plan and manage a reunion gift campaign with goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to guide volunteer committees.
• Develop solicitation strategies for Associates-level gifts.
