Qualifications

• Experience in volunteer, student, marketing, or career development environments (2+ years).
• Ability to manage an online community and grow engagement.
• Experience expanding online communities and improving user experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Design experience with Canva/Photoshop is preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate staff and volunteers.
• Detail-oriented with brand consistency across platforms.
• Collaborative with ability to build partnerships and relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in social media planning and video editing.
