MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an Assistant Director of After-Retail & Logistics to lead a single Outlet Center, oversee salvage operations, and drive performance. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years in logistics or multi-unit retail management, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or supply chain required.
• Three years of logistics management or multi-unit retail management required.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance accepted in MO, KS, or IL.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including customer service and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a single Outlet Center, overseeing the pound store, warehouses, and recycling to maximize salvage revenue.
• Visit departments regularly to monitor progress and instruct staff on methods and standards.
• Review departmental reports to identify trends and adjust strategies within the retail division.
• Maintain reporting for MDNR, DOT, IRS and other requirements.
• Model core values to foster safety, ethics, and quality in-store operations.
• Provide superior internal and external customer service to ensure donor/store staff retention.
