  • Deliver optimized, data-informed advising administration and efficient logistical organization for CASC initiatives
  • Direct CASC's digital organization and maintain milestone tracking systems
  • Establish standard processes for advisor-facing communications and student-facing communication templates
  • Refine administrative advising workflows, including caseload management and advisor timelines, at a university-wide scale
  • Lead advisor engagement and community-building initiatives
  • Curate the professional development schedule
  • Manage the logistical execution of community events
  • Provide strategic administrative coordination for Provost's Office initiatives, specifically Residential College and Undergraduate Research
