Responsibilities

  • Empower students to develop academic plans and support adjustments when needed.
  • Collaborate throughout the campus community to support student and department development.
  • Participate in multi-departmental orientation planning and post-orientation evaluation.
  • Coordinate learning experiences for advising students during New Student Orientation.
  • Follow up with new students for registration as needed.
  • Serve as contact for students on the midterm warning list, advise on grades needed to progress, and share support resources.
  • Refer students to other resources as needed

Job description

Keep precise records of Methodist College students' academic progress
