Job summary

The Assistant Director at Learning Care Group, Inc. partners with the School Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school, recruits and retains staff, and upholds state licensing standards while contributing to the school’s profitability and community role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent; must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
