Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director in ensuring safe, effective operation of the school and supporting children's social, physical, and intellectual growth. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director takes sole responsibility for the school and contributes to maintaining a nurturing environment.

The role emphasizes safety, staff recruitment and retention, and promoting Learning Care's position as a trusted provider in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Associates or higher in ECE or related field is preferred

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
