Job summary

Learning Care Group in Florida is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director in ensuring the safe, effective operation of the school for children and families. In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility and help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
