Tutor Time Childcare in Strongsville, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Director to help run the school under the direction of the School Director. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and support families and staff.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in licensed childcare, a high school diploma, and a commitment to a positive, educational environment. The role offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and in compliance with licensing standards.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:
