Job summary

Learning Care Group in Northville, CT is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director.

In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the program, promote children's social, physical and intellectual growth, and lead a caring, high‑quality staff team.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare setting.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state education requirements for the center.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
