Job summary

Bright Beginnings Academy is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead a dynamic early childhood program in Elmwood Park. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required; you bring creativity, reliable leadership, and the ability to guide a team while engaging with children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior Managerial/Leadership experience in a child care setting


• Proven track record of growing school enrollment


• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain


• Outstanding customer service skills, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and handle a variety of situations effectively


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
