Job summary

Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, high-quality operation of the school with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume full responsibility for the school and support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Associates in Early Childhood Education or Bachelors required in another field with the 90 documented hours of classroom experience with Infants to School-age.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $25.25 starting hourly rate based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
