Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee daily operations and partner with the School Director to ensure safe, high-quality care for children.

You will lead a caring team, promote educational growth, and maintain compliance with licensing standards while supporting family engagement and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Recruit, supervise, and retain quality staff.
• Promote the school’s image and ensure licensing standards are met.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Pay:

$24.18-$25.12
