Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director in Brookline, MA to oversee the safe, effective operation of our school with the School Director and to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and staff.

The role demands leadership experience in licensed childcare, a Lead Teacher qualification, and a commitment to pursuing Director qualifications (BA in ECE and 3 CEUs).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Leadership experience with at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Lead Teacher qualification required; Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certificate.
• Willing to pursue Director qualifications, including a BA in ECE or related field and 3 CEUs in Administration.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Lead Teacher qualified required; Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certificate.
• Willing to pursue Director qualifications, including a BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field and 3 CEUs in Administration.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $25.60/starting hourly rate based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
