Job summary

Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to lead our school with accountability for licensing standards, safety, and daily operations. You will partner with families and staff to deliver a caring, engaging learning environment.

The role emphasizes recruiting and retaining quality team members, scheduling, training, and ensuring a positive, profitable center that reflects our Commitment to children and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
