Supervise dining room area and server stations to maintain appearance and service standards.
Coordinate efficient seating of residents and guests.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, counseling, and orientation of dining room staff.
Schedule stations and assignments to meet service standards.
Record meal counts, reservations, and charges; operate the POS system.
Collaborate with Dining Room Manager and Food & Beverage leadership on issues.
Cross-train with dietary aides and participate in inventories.
Attend in-service training and contribute to cost-control measures.
