Arrow Senior Living in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead daily dining operations in our community. You will ensure the dining room looks welcoming and the service delivered to residents is impeccable, while engaging with residents and fostering a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The role requires hospitality leadership, reliability, and the ability to stand for long shifts. We offer a full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits to support our team

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background checks.
• Previous hospitality team leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of care requirements for residents.
• Must have a food server permit as required by the county.
• English reading/writing at least 8th grade proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Keep Front of House in top condition and ensure impeccable service.
• Greet residents, be present in the dining room, and foster community.
• Prepare tables and service areas for each meal and manage silverware prep.
• Buss and tidy dining spaces to maintain a presentable environment.
• Communicate with supervisors about residents' dietary changes or absences.
