Associate's Degree and seven or more years of related experience in food service operation OR Bachelor's Degree and five or more years of food management experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
2 to 4 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for residential dining and retail operations, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, brand standards, and a strong student experience.
Partner with Culinary and Marketing teams to develop menus, promotions, and concepts that increase engagement, traffic, and revenue.
Lead the recruitment, training, coaching, and development of managers and staff while fostering accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Oversee budgets, labor, key performance metrics, and operational strategies to improve efficiency, control costs, and maximize financial performance.
