• The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
• Candidates should have 1+ years of apparel design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS, plus Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trim sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Complete design packages including sketches, tech packs, and line sheets.
• Prepare and maintain tech packs from development through production.
• Submit and approve artwork, yarns, lab dips, and related materials.
• Organize design development with artwork, trims, fabrics, and line lists.
• Coordinate with overseas factories for timely development.
• Manage Time and Action Calendar to meet seasonal deadlines.
• Prepare presentation materials and support design reviews.
• Source and organize seasonal inspiration, fabric, and trim libraries.
