Job summary

NYC Department of Social Services is seeking an Administrative Staff Analyst M-IV to direct the MAQD division’s program goals and strategic data initiatives in the NYC Child Support Program. You will supervise ~65 staff, oversee 33 applications, develop policies, and coordinate reporting and system development to improve performance.

The role requires a master's degree or equivalent, strong analytics, leadership, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field as listed in the Minimum Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree with four years of professional experience in budget/financial administration or related.
• JD or equivalent professional experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Set program and management goals for MAQD and direct ~65 staff.
• Lead policy development and alignment with agency goals.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for NYC Child Support Program.
• Manage systems administration and 33+ applications with 100+ ad-hoc reports.
• Act as liaison across units and represent OCSS at external policy meetings.
