Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required with 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of large engineering teams (min 5 years).
• Experience in program execution: cost, schedule, technical performance, risk mgmt (min 5 years).
• Strong background in digital electronics, FPGA, ASIC, embedded systems.
