You will manage staffing, strategic planning, and execution while partnering with program leadership to meet cost, schedule, and technical baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM with 8+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading large engineering organizations.
• Background in digital electronics, FPGA/ASIC/embedded systems.
• Space/defense program experience and EVMS exposure.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a department of 100+ engineers in digital electronics.
• Staffing, retention, and succession planning for critical capabilities.
• Partner with program leadership on cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
• Drive engineering rigor across digital hardware, FPGA, ASIC, and embedded work.
• Support growth through proposals, roadmaps, and customer engagement.
• Foster innovation and transition R&D to flight products.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing culture and cross-site collaboration.
• Coordinate with RF, Power, Laser, Product Eng, and Manufacturing to deliver integrated solutions.
• Champion productivity and adoption of advanced design methodologies.
