Job summary

Reclectic is seeking an Assistant Department Manager for our new location in Kennesaw, GA. You will lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily objectives, and ensure smooth product flow and execution of promos.

You will partner with store leadership to drive sales and optimize daily operations. Responsibilities include guiding associates, providing feedback, handling opening/closing procedures, and maintaining pricing accuracy while upholding safety standards and

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to set clear objectives.
• Comfortable on a ladder and able to lift 50 lbs+.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store environment and customer experience, manage daily zone chart, drive sales.
• Provide timely feedback to employees to foster accountability.
• Support opening/closing procedures and ensure pricing/promotions are accurate.
• Assist with associate onboarding and zone training.
