Big Y Foods, Inc. in Chicopee, MA is seeking an Assistant Department Sales Manager to support achieving store goals through effective recruiting, training, and supervision of team members.

You will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold Big Y’s standards while balancing operational needs and scheduling flexibility in a dynamic grocery environment.

Location: CHICOPEE,MA(650 MEMORIAL DRIVE)

Our assistant department sales manager is responsible for assisting in achieving sales/operational results through hiring, training, goal setting, decision-making, and supervising employees within department.
