Big Y Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Department Sales Manager to support in achieving sales and operational results within the department, with emphasis on delivering World Class customer service and ensuring fresh, quality products.

You will assist in hiring, training, goal setting, decision-making, and supervising department staff, while upholding Big Y’s culture of caring and excellence in a fast-paced Northampton store.

Our assistant department sales manager is responsible for assisting in achieving sales/operational results through hiring, training, goal setting, decision-making, and supervising employees within department.
