Job summary

Big Y Foods, Inc. in Greenfield, MA, is seeking an Assistant Department Sales Manager to support department leadership, drive sales, and deliver World Class customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

You will help hire, train, set goals, make decisions, and supervise staff to achieve store objectives while upholding Big Y’s Mission and Vision. The role requires a professional appearance, strong communication, and flexibility in scheduling; experience in retail is a plus.

Our assistant department sales manager is responsible for assisting in achieving sales/operational results through hiring, training, goal setting, decision-making, and supervising employees within department.
