Job summary

Big Y Foods, Inc. in Springfield, MA is seeking an Assistant Department Sales Manager to help drive sales and ensure fresh quality products while delivering World Class customer service.

You will hire, train, set goals, decide, and supervise staff within the department, uphold Big Y’s Mission & Vision, and lead by example.

This role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and financial acumen to support store performance and a positive shopping experience.

Our assistant department sales manager is responsible for assisting in achieving sales/operational results through hiring, training, goal setting, decision-making, and supervising employees within department.
