As an Assistant Practice Manager you will step into a dynamic and engaging role. Each day, you can expect to greet and assist patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring their experience is smooth and welcoming. You'll manage appointment scheduling, maintain patient records, and coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow throughout the office.
Daily responsibilities will also include answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and handling administrative tasks with precision.
