Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a Deli Manager to oversee daily deli operations, guest service, and merchandising programs. You will supervise deli staff and assume the Department Manager duties in their absence.

In this role you will strive to achieve sales goals, manage inventory and labor objectives, maintain sanitation and product quality, and provide coaching and training to the team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of deli operations and strong communication skills.

Assume the duties of the Department Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.

• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure deli department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
