Kj’s Market in South Carolina is seeking a deli/bakery host to deliver friendly, guest-focused service and contribute to achieving sales goals. You will help maintain inventory, quality, and sanitation while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes training and guidance for hosts, with duties spanning product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking, and customer service as needed. 18+ and Basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat demeanor and guest-focused service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and follow directions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery hosts.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli/bakery department.
• Maintain inventory and supplies to support operations.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure product quality meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to deli/bakery hosts.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as needed to meet standards.
• Maintain department labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery department hosts.

• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure deli/bakery department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guests service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Performs PA announcements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
