Job summary

NEOMED’s College of Medicine seeks an Assistant Dean, Student Success, to lead programs that empower medical students to thrive academically and professionally. You will oversee student conduct, professionalism, and related support services in collaboration with university and clinical partners.

The role focuses on academic success, residency placement processes, and coaching students toward successful degree completion within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Minimum five years' experience with students in higher education student personnel/administration.
• Five years' experience with residency match process preferred; curriculum development, advising or counseling experience required.
• Board certified considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain student conduct and professionalism standards and oversee related programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with offices to advise students academically and support career planning.
• Oversee NRMP/Match processes and provide guidance for residency applications.
• Lead administrative oversight of the Badging Program and participate in admissions activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a learning environment aligned with accreditation standards.
